I have completed 30 days of the 30 day shred, level 1. Not in a row. I missed some days here and there - travel days, sick with a cold, etc. Don't be so judgemental about the days I took off. Geez.
So, now I am moving on to level 2 today. I'm scared. It looks really hard. Will report later about it ... if I make it. Like, if I am still living. It might kill me.
