22nd day...

So, today I did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred for the 22nd time. Not consecutively but almost. I think I've missed like six days in 28 days. Not bad. Anyway, I've really noticed a difference! It's an intense workout that is effective. I haven't lost pounds per se but I have definately lost inches. I am well on my way to shredded!! Mostly it feels good to be more compact. What I've got is not loosey goosey. It's funny because people act all impressed when someone is in shape when really, that's probably how we're supposed to be. Active. Using our body instead of abusing it. Uh-oh, I'm starting to sound like one of those annoying health nut who used to party but now only drinks club soda and talks incessantly at parties about how healthy avocados and marathons are. BORING. I promise I won't become that. Gotta run and make my hemp milk...
