It's crazy how I can put things off. I can literally waste an entire day. If you asked me what I did yesterday - go ahead - ask me. The answer would be... I honestly don't know. Oh, that's not true, I deleted things off the dvr (pvr for all you Canadians reading this), I went out for a happy hour drink(s), bought toilet paper and butter. Wait a second, I'm being hard on myself. I worked out. That's good and productive. Which brings me to now. I am about to work out. I have my workout clothes on, runners, I've got the perfect amount of caffeine in me. I am ready. And what am I doing? Blogging. How many calories do you burn blogging? I should mention I am standing up, squatting, on an exercise ball...
